Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns 

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind, wrong sizing or any other reason why. As long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us unused, in the same conditions you received it.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will refund you the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of the shipping paid.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or your order number. Please send the request to the following email: contact@myjemma.com.

Please, note that, for hygiene factors, masks are not exchangeable and non-refundable.

2. Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and proceed to refund.
